Hans,

We had a great week in Bonaire and loved our accommodations. The villa worked out perfectly for us. Let the owner know how much we enjoyed staying there. 

Thanks again for your help working out the two extra beds.  We plan to return in 2006 and may spend 2 weeks.  We would love to book the same villa with you again next year. Keep us on your e-mail list and we'll keep in touch as next year approaches. Keep working on the windsurfing. We'll expect to see you hooked into the harness and in the foot straps by next year. You will probably be giving us instruction by then.

Enjoy your time in Bonaire and thanks again for your assistance.

Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. You went way beyond your duties to ensure us of a superb vacation and it was!!

I hope you had no problems dropping off the cell phone to Michael at Chat n Browse. Thank you for taking care of that as well.

We still have not received the photo from you. The one we took is awesome.

Stevens's stay at Cas Kabai Machu

Hi!  Happy New Year to you all.

I thought that I owed you all a few words about our stay, and your part in making the arrangements for it.

You were all most helpful, thoughtful, and thorough with us.  The reservation, payment program and instructions, car reservation, initial food stocking, and greeting when we arrived were all just plain "first rate".

I was sort of anxious about it all because I had a very bad experience with a vacation villa I rented in Costa Rica which, too, I had found on the Internet, as I found you all.  There, I had used a broker of villas here in the US, and he reneged on my "paid-for" villa in Costa Rica two days before we were to have arrived there.  We went, at the last minute instead, to Jamaica, and, though the house was ok, the island and it's weather did not provide the relaxed comfort we had arranged for.

So, your dealings with us were completely different than was his and a most satisfying experience for me.  Joka's (sp?) greeting and visit was most unexpected and pleasant.  Having Hans meet us, help us with the car rental, and with the bags (both arrival and departure) was just perfect.  I'm only sorry that I did not meet Bert.

The house itself was simply superb.  The photos can't and don't really show all it's wonders and comforts.  The house is truly a wonderful place to stay.  Everything about it is about as good as it gets!  Towels, laundry, dive equipment soaker and storage, kitchen equipment, furnishings, air conditioners, fans, pool, car park and beach entry are all "just right".

So, my thanks to you all for making our Christmas trip this year just the best we have ever had as a family.  We have been going to the Caribbean for about thirty four years; we missed only one Christmas in all those years, and have stayed in Puerto Rico, St Croix, Virgin Gorda, St Martins (both sides), Cancun, Belize, Costa Rica (the Pacific side, not the Caribbean), Key West, Miami, Jamaica, and Grand Cayman, and never have we enjoyed such a lovely Christmas vacation.

Your "way" - relaxed, really friendly (truly, everyone we touched was welcoming, pleasant, and interested in our enjoying our time on Bonaire), uncluttered (no stop lights are a wonderful expression of the island's style), good roads, plenty of useful conveniences for us visitors - and the fabulous weather were the underpinning of the delightful stay, and that along with the wonderful house and fabulous diving and snorkeling, made the trip, all in all, just the best ever for the Stevens' family.

My thanks to you all.

Now, we would like to return next year for the same dates: December 22 arrival, and January 1 departure.  Can you send me the confirmation of this, and payment amount I need send now, along with the payment schedule to complete the rental.

We would also like a four door pickup truck again.  Standard shift with air conditioning - a bit larger that the Mazda (?) we had would be even better, though it did work just fine. 

We used the Buddy Dive folks in the Belmar resort, and they were just perfect!
