BonaireOceanfront actually is a 'three-in-one' building. The three individual stand-alone villa's include five bedrooms, five bathrooms and five kitchens. The villa's are connected by a patio and a hard wooden veranda offering a spectacular and sweeping panorama of the blue waters of the Caribbean ocean, sunset and coastline. The estate is one of the most beautiful and elegant private homes you’ll find in Bonaire. The villa is set on prime location right at the oceanfront at sea level in the residential area of Belnem. So it takes just one step to dip your toe in the ocean. It is about an 5 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes driving from Bonaire's capital Kralendijk.

The house was recently built in late colonial style, has high ceilings, only the finest materials were used and great attention was paid to detail.

BonaireOceanfront is a private villa rented out when not occupied by the owner. The property manager lives right here on Bonaire and is available to answer any of your questions or arrange any additional services during your stay to make this your ultimate holiday.

Payment and Cancellation policies

In order to secure your reservation you are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice amount within 10 working days of placing the reservation.

Final payment of the total invoice amount (remaining 80%) is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. You will not receive a reminder as the confirmation/invoice letter which you will receive at reservation will show these amounts and the dates they are due.

If we receive written notice (fax or e-mail) of the cancellation of your reservation up to 5 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date you will receive 50% of the rental amount and 100% of the tourist tax. If the accommodation is rented out for the exact period of time, 80% of the rental amount and 100% of the Tourist tax will be refunded.
